National Park Service Battlefield Report on Fort Lee's Role in the American Revolution To Be Presented in Fort Lee on October 10th
The Borough of Fort Lee was awarded a National Park Service American Battlefield Grant to study the role Fort Lee played in the American Revolution. Revolutionary War historian and reenactor Todd Braisted was hired by the borough to prepare this report as part of the grant award. The final report was recently completed and the results will be presented at the October 10th Fort Lee Historical Society meeting at the Fort Lee Museum (1589 Parker Avenue) at 7:30pm and the meeting is open to the public.
